X-41 One Design - At the Next Level

The X-41 is yet another one design hit on the sailing scene, achieving ISAF recognition in her first year. She sports the latest in fast hull and appendage design; a non overlapping headsail configuration; double spreader, carbon mast and boom from one of Europe’s leading suppliers; large diameter carbon wheel; all trimlines leading to both sides of the coach roof; and a backstay adjustment run via the Magic Wheel. Some of the most recognisable names in world sailing attended the 2009 X-41 European Championships and World Championships. All involved enjoyed the exceptionally close and exciting racing.
