Ordering of dinner tickets
Ordering of meals must be made before 15 June 2009.
Meals cannot be ordered upon arrival or during the event.
Dinner tickets cannot be refunded.

Payment
Payment of meals must be made online and before 15 June 2009.
Handing out of dinner tickets
Your ordered dinner tickets will be handed out upon registration at the Race Office.

Prize Giving Dinner at a Reduced Price
Each participating boat will be allowed to buy the prize giving dinner at a reduced price. Where the normal price is € 35,- we offer this prize giving dinner for € 10,-. (offer valid for the number of persons that were indicated during registration to participate in the social arrangements).

Extra Guests
Additional prize giving dinner tickets will have to be purchased at € 35,-.
