Before submitting your on line registration, please ensure you have read and understood the conditions below and ticked the boxes accordingly. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2004-2008, the prescriptions of the Breskens Yacht Club, the sailing instructions, the notice of race, and I certify that the particulars of my yacht as stated above are correct.I understand that X-Yachts Belgium and the Breskens Yacht Club are providing the races on the understanding that the company and the club or their representatives bear no responsibility from their rules, policy or rulings, during the race related activities. I accept full responsibility for the seaworthiness and safe navigation of the above yacht, and understand that its crew must use their own judgments whether or not to start, continue, or retire from a race existing or forecast conditions. I declare that I hold Third Party Insurance to the value of €1million and that it is maintained in full force and effect during the races. Before racing, I will ensure that my crew is fully aware of undertakings in this declaration. The organizing committee, the sponsors and any person or entity in the organisation of the event will not accept any liability of material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta, both on the water and ashore.
