Owner's Comments

His Yacht, every year, has been in the sea only between the very end of June to early September and has been sailing only about 1.5-2 months each summer. Outside this period, during the years 2005-2016, all contents has been stored at the Owner’s heated holiday home on the Island of Moen, Denmark and the Yacht itself stored in the protected storage hall of Masnedoe Marine Services, Vordingborg, Denmark, where the engine, outboard and other installations have been serviced, maintained and cared for. The Hull has been cleaned and polished each year and anti-fouling applied. During this storage, the rigging has been separated from the Mast and all washed down to avoid the risk of corrosion.

During the corresponding periods of 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, following the closing down of Masnedoe Marine Services, the Yacht and most of her contents have been kept in temperate storage at X-Yachts, Haderslev and the Yacht serviced by X-Yachts.

The Yacht has been used for Cruising exclusively, not for Racing.

The Teak all over has always been well maintained by cleaning with Linseed Soap followed by the application of Boracol antifungal treatment.
