Owner's Comments

This first owner was Finnish and the boat sailed mostly in Finland, where she was stored in a temperature-controlled of +15ºC warehouse in winter, always being professionally maintained. Her current owner acquired her at the beginning of 2021 and trucked her to Barcelona, where she lies.
He has participated in offshore regattas in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands area solo or double handed, including the World Championship ORC double handed in Barcelona 2023 obtaining the second place in the Corinthian category and fourth overall.
Since this beautiful Xp38 arrived in Barcelona and until this summer, she has been optimised as much as possible in terms of manoeuvring, rigging, sails, electronics, batteries and many more.
In spite of the owner´s racing programme, he has also taken great care of the maintainance of the equipment for comfortable cruising like the bow thruster, oil heating, complete galley and hot water.
The reason for the sale is a change in the owner´s sailing schedule. Changes in his professional life will allow him long cruising seasons in the Mediterranean, for which he is looking for a bigger and more suitable boat.
This X-Yachts is ready to be viewed upon request and available for delivery any time.
