Xp 44, build number #80, commissioned 2014. White hull with 2.30m T-shaped keel. Standard aluminium mast, and furling forestay. Teak in cockpit, side decks and coachroof.  Dry sail storage in bow locker.  Below decks she has three cabins, with two heads, classic layout with U-galley and owner's berth forward.  


Owner's Comments

This is our 4th X-Yachts over a 14 year period, and again we took delivery of a fantastic sailing boat completely to our specifications. The boat has never been used for racing or regattas and has been entirely specified and used for fast and comfortable family cruising. Mostly sailed by wife and husband, occasionally with friends and family. It is a one owner boat, carefully used and very well maintained.

We have a great North Sails wardrobe, fully serviced by North on a yearly basis. The Gennaker has a snuffer for easy setting and recovery and the Code 1 with a Karver furler. Both Gennaker and Code 1 have only been used a handful of times each and are in basically new condition. With larger engine, 3 bladed folding propeller, bow thruster, upsized main sail winches, and electric halyard winch, extensive instrumentation on both pedestals, companionway and navigation station, large cockpit tent and additional large front loading fridge, the boat is greatly equipped for cruising.

The boat has sailed 4 seasons and visited ports in Denmark, on the Swedish West Coast, and one visit to Norway. The boat is great looking, very fast but still easily manageable for a couple but with ample space for family and friends. The boat always attracts a lot of positive attention and positive comments and has been a real joy to own. It is not easy for us to put this fine boat up for sale but we are sure that it will bring a lot of joy and great sailing to the next Owner(s).
