Brand new Flexiteek from 2022 in cockpit, side decks and coachroof. Below decks she has three cabins, with two heads, modern layout with long galley to starboard, saloon and arm chairs to port, and owner's berth forward.

We bought her in 2001 as a fast, comfortable cruiser for our retirement. Initially she was sailed back from Denmark to the UK where she spent 3 years before being cruised gently down the Atlantic coast of Europe and then into the Mediterranean. Currently she is lying in Corfu. She has been meticulously maintained, never raced and always wintered ashore. She is an outstanding example of this classic X-Yacht design, and with her new Flexiteek decks in 2022 she is ready for a new owner and adventure. She is fully equipped for cruising and only for sale due to our advancing years.
