The X-362 offers suberb sailing performance and is still one of the best performance cruiser/racer 36 ft model available on the market. This boat has a white hull, blue striping, the classic interior lay-out and is ready for delivery by 1st of September.
We bought this X-362 from the yard in Haderslev back in 2002, who had just traded-in the boat from her first Danish owner. After transport she was rigged by the Dutch X-Yachts dealer and then we moved her to Medemblik.
In the first few years we mainly used her as a home base when watching our children compete in dinghy regattas, so our actual sailing use was limited to daysailing trips on the IJsselmeer. During summer holidays only sailing in the Netherlands and Belgium coast”. We did not use her in regattas.
Over the years we managed to keep her safe from any damages or groundings, and because of the gentle sailing we always did the sails remain in good condition.
Every winter we had our X-362 stored ashore and covered by a winter cover, and had all the maintenance carried out by professionals.
Soon we will be having more time to ourselves, and are looking for a bigger sized yacht so we can use our newly found freedom to sail longer distances.
