A beautiful well kept X 43 Modern lay out now for sale by her second owner. I have sold her both as new for delivery in May 2007 at the yard and again 2014 to her present owner in Helsinki Finland. Due to unfortunate personal reasons the first owner sold the boat in 2014. She has always been winter-stored inside and since 2014 inside in a storage in Helsinki. She has annually been well maintained and she is almost in a n excellent condition taking into consideration her 13 years at sea.
The engine has approximately 850 hrs The gauge does not show the hours anymore ( as usually on older Volvo engines) But the present owner stated that "she sails faster than when motoring so we sail".
The Raymarine electronics is from 2007 but all is functioning one display at the garage has been changed (B&B) and connected to the system via NMEEA.
Everything on-board is functioning except the VHF hailer mounted on the Radarr mast aft , (with a button at the pedestal)
The boat does not have a retractable Bow Thruster but a Max Power unit can easily be mounted at an extra cost of approximately 13.000.- €.
This boat is absolutely worth to come to Helsinki for and have a look at. You can still easily sail her home from Helsinki to your home port in October.
I will pick you up at the Helsinki airport and the boat is presently only 30 minutes away from the airport. In week 43 she will be taken out from water and winter stored inside in Helsinki.
