Tuesday the 21st of June, Rikard Roth crossed the finishing line in Garmin Round Denmark Race offshore singlehanded, in his Xp 44 Xar. Rikard Roth spend 6 days and in total 144 hours of racing all by himself!
Just one day after the triumph of Xar, Henrik Jørgensen and his crew, in the Xp 44, Xbox, took the top spot on the podium in the Garmin Round Denmark Race, inshore for fully crewed boats. Henrik and his crew spent 4 days and in total over a hundred hours on a course with a theoretical length of 640 nautical miles.
Also the newly launched X4⁹E participated in the race for inshore boats with crew. John Haurum and his crew came in second on Flux, after sailing head to head with Xbox. The atmosphere on board the Flux was good and John Haurum thought it was wonderful to participate in this kind of race with family and friends.
