She has been designed and built for those who want to cruise but also know they can race at any time: a dual-purpose yacht, a cut above the rest. Like her bigger sisters, she has smooth and harmonious hull lines; a stylish yet practical cockpit; and a clean, functional and uncluttered deck layout. She is a well-balanced yacht, settles into the groove quickly and is comfortable even when pushed. The recessed hull fittings and fairing of rudder and keel are also big advantages for performance and speed.
The owner made numerous worthwhile investments in this fantastic X-34 starting in 2020. (New engine, heating, all lines and halyards, all new Raymarine electronics, all new Harken winches, new epoxy and antifouling underwater hull, etc.) The boat is in excellent condition, both technically and visually. From 2020 onwards, it underwent full service and winter storage every year at X-Yachts Denmark, where it was professionally maintained.
