Additional Information

  • The elegant yet sporty looking X-40 was first launched in spring 2004. She is a fast cruiser and designed to set the standard for quality built yachts and still features the same outstanding characteristics as the other Performance Cruisers in the X-Yachts range such as sandwich hull and deck, steel hull girders, composite keel with low CG, and so forth. All requirements for optimum sailing performance.
  • The X-40 is standard equipped with many relevant extras such as teak in the cockpit, 6 full stainless Andersen winches, rod rigging, German mainsheet system, integrated sprayhood in recessed storage, and ofcourse basic cruising amenities such as refrigerator and hot water container.
  • In 2009 a new interior lay-out was introduced with a 2-cabin lay-out and single aft heads only, making space in the saloon for a corner sofa and providing an abundance of space in the forward cabin. This particular X-40 is built in that configuration.
