This X-55 performance–cruiser is privately owned and more than very well maintained.  Engine fully overhauled in 2017, upgraded sails in 2016 (including a North sails Genaker G2), B&G instruments from 2014, batteries new 2017, rod-rigging checked 2017, mast and boom re-painted in 2017, and many more recent upgrades,

Equipped with air-conditioning plus heating, fridges, freezer, watermaker, 3-cabin version, etc. This X-55 has it all and is ready to sail away with no outstanding maintenance.

Exterior Details

Hull

  • White hull with black striping
  • Solid laminate is used around keel, rudder and through-hull fittings for maximum strength
  • X-Yachts integrated galvanised steel girder system, accepting loads from the keel and rig, laminated to hull and bulkheads
  • Epoxy treatment and antifouling (antifouling and primer stripped and build up new with International 2019)
  • 4x large lower hull windows for saloon (fitted 2014 according to X-Yachts drawings and instructions)

Deck

  • Teak decks (lightly sanded 2019 and Semco treated every year).
  • Andersen electric mainsheet and genoa winches (completely disassembled and serviced 2014)
