Owner's Comments

We bought Xeta as our first yacht after many years of racing Dart catamarans, windsurfing and kitesurfing. We were looking for a boat that would deliver excitement and reward good sailing, rather than simply serve as a floating caravan. She delivered in spades.

From the moment we sailed her, we fell in love with her responsive helm, impressive performance and the reassuring feeling of safety and security she inspires. She is perfectly set up for sailing as a couple, which is how we spent most of our time aboard. The quality of X-Yachts construction shines through in every condition, with no creaks or squeaks, even when powering through waves offshore.
We think she is a stunning yacht, and it seems many others agree. In virtually every marina we have visited, someone has commented on what a beautiful boat she is. More than once, compliments have come from passing boats while under sail.

We have loved sailing Xeta everywhere from the flat waters of the Solent to the Channel Islands and the beautiful harbours and beaches of Normandy and Brittany. She has given us unforgettable memories, from exhilarating passages in perfect sailing conditions to those magical "champagne sailing" days when everything comes together effortlessly. Then there is the overwhelming sense of calm of lying at anchor in balmy, sandy bays which must be the most peaceful thing you can do in life.

Xeta has been our pride and joy. We have cared for her meticulously, and she has always looked after us in return. Sadly, my wife has struggled with seasickness throughout our years of sailing, and despite trying every remedy we could find, it has remained a persistent challenge. With great reluctance and heavy hearts, we have therefore made the difficult decision to sell our beautiful boat.
We hope her next owners will enjoy and cherish her as much as we have, and create their own unforgettable adventures aboard.
