ORC Worlds 2025: FORMULA X Starts the Day on Top as Championship Nears Its Climax

August 15, 2025 | Tallinn, Estonia

The penultimate day of the Garmin ORC World Championship 2025, powered by PANTAENIUS, delivered a thrilling short offshore race — a decisive moment before tomorrow’s final inshore battles. With moderate winds, clear skies, and a tight course setup off Tallinn’s scenic coastline, the pressure is mounting across all classes as championship titles hang in the balance.

Class B: XR 41s FORMULA X in Command

After five races, FORMULA X, helmed by Jesper Radich, continues to lead Class B with a 4-point cushion — thanks to consistent finishes and strong performances in both offshore and inshore formats.

Meanwhile, WINDWHISPER44 from Poland is pushing hard in second place after a tactical win in Race 4. DIXI 5, also an XR 41, sits comfortably in third, while EXCITER — the winner of the 2025 IDM Championship — is currently in 5th overall, still eyeing a podium finish in tomorrow’s final showdown. OLYMPIC (X-41 mod.) and FORTE (X-41) are also showing strong form and round out the top 10.
