The X4⁰ sailing the Silverrudder 2019

 

The first race course for the newly launched X4⁰ – the Silverrudder 2019 took place this past weekend.

Silverrudder is the largest singlehanded sailing event in the World, by more than  400 boats participating.

In this year’s edition, more than  50 X-Sailors were on the starting line to challenge themselves and their skills on a demanding 130 Nm race course around the island of Funen, Denmark.
X-Yachts employee Anders Bastiansen was sailing with the newly launched X4⁰ “Xelebration” in the category Keelboats Large.

Not surprisingly, the X’es competed very well against some pure raceboats in the competition and we are proud to announce the fine results in this time on time race, with no handicaprules!
