X-Yachts Netherlandsinfo@x-yachts.nlThe X-46 is one of the most successful performance cruisers X-Yachts has built: a fast, stiff and well-balanced yacht that is equally at home on a long offshore passage as on a quick afternoon sail. Hull #50 was built in 2006 in the Modern Performance Cruiser version, with a carefully chosen list of factory options and a classic three-stripe blue hull.
She has been well looked after and steadily upgraded. A complete new Garmin navigation and radar system was installed in 2023, the rod rigging was renewed in 2020, Banks Sails dyneema mainsail and furling genoa were added in 2019 and a furling Code D in 2023. In 2026 the hull and deck were professionally polished, the epoxy treatment renewed and fresh antifouling applied, and a new starter battery fitted.
Short-handed sailing is easy, with two electric Andersen genoa winches, an electric halyard winch, Reckmann furling, lazy jacks and a bow thruster. Below deck she offers a beautifully finished teak interior with an owner's cabin forward, a spacious saloon, a long galley, a proper navigation station, two aft cabins and two heads, plus Eberspächer heating, a 2000 W inverter/charger and a 720 Ah service battery bank for comfortable cruising.
