With this yacht you get a professionally maintained Xc45 which is extremely high equipped. This boat was build to my specification with the intention to go anywhere with her. That’s why she has a 2 anchors, full cockpit tent, bimini, generator, climate control, extra tanks and watermaker.
The boat has never been used for racing or regattas and was only sailed by myself and my family or my friends. Every winter she spent in a heated storage and because I am a perfectionist everything was maintained and updated constantly.
The electronic systems have practically all be updated since the ship was build to be on the latest standard.
You will not find another Xc45 that well equipped. She is ready to sail around the world.
I only sell her because I now live outside Europe and will not be able to sail her in the coming years.
