Xc 45, build number #58, commissioned 2012. White hull with L-shaped keel. Standard aluminium mast and furling jib. Teak in cockpit, side decks and coachroof.
Below decks she has three cabins, with two heads, classic layout with U-galley and owner's berth forward.
With a detailed and in-depth refit in 2016 with new rod rigging and much more, she is now ready for your own Bluewater adventures!
⇐Please contact Stuart Abernethy for full, and detailed specification⇒
We chose an Xc 45 for a number of reasons; the combination of fast competitive sailing, the comfort of cruising, the ease of handling with just the two of us, enough space for crew in comfort, plenty of space for storage when passage making and many others.
She has exceeded all expectations.
All of her systems have been regularly serviced and she is in extremely good shape for a boat of her age.
We have used her extensively for passage making as well as day sailing, but due to business ventures requiring more of our attention we think it’s time for her to find a new home.
