A very well kept and maintained Xc 45 now unfortunately for sale by her second owner. New Doyle sails 2018 and 2019 and also also the older North Sails. Furlerboom with standard aluminum John Mast. Fischer Panda 4000i 4 kW generator, Raymarine electronics, MaxPower retractable bow thruster, Engbo elecric stern anchor, optional self tacking jib track available       (not mounted), electrical front toilet etc etc. The engine has ONLY 702 hrs
