Kieler Woche 2018! For the ORC Club welcome race, taking place 16th – 17th June, there are now 17 registered X-Yachts out of a total entry list of 87. Among the X’es are Torsten Bastiansen in his X-41, “Sydbank”, Sven Zoller in his X-50 “Bajazzo”, Andreas Wulfes in his Xp 38 “Passion X”, 2 Xp 44’s helmed by Max Gurgel and Ralf Lässig, etc etc. Good luck to everyone!

On a 3000 nautical mile journey to Valletta! These happy guys left Haderslev Friday 1st June with their new Xc 45 to sail the boat to Valletta, Malta. The owners, Edward and John accompanied by their long time friend, Larry. They have been dreaming of buying an Xc 45 for 7 years. Now, that their dream had finally come true, they were understandably emotional when they saw their MinX ready for them in the X-Yachts marina. The journey to Malta is expected to take till late July - a route with a distance of 3,000 nautical miles. On their way, they will be stopping by the UK for a 2 weeks' visit. The Xc 45 is built to be a long-distance cruiser with comfort and safety as some of the key features. We feel pretty sure that Edward, John and Larry will enjoy the journey to the full!
